Arrest Made in Teen Girl's Death After Family Uses Billboards to Catch Killer

An arrest has been made in the killing of Samantha Humphrey. The 14-year-old was last seen the day after Thanksgiving in 2022 at her Schenectady, New York, home. Her body was found months later by a fisherman in the Mohawk River in February 2023. The cause of death was ruled a homicide and the district attorney says the girl's on again, off again boyfriend is under arrest. The minor has pled not guilty.
