Officers Rescue 3-Year-Old From Blazing Apartment Building

Officers struggled to reach a family stuck on the third floor of a blazing apartment building. With time running out, one man jumped from the balcony to escape the flames, but a three-year-old was still trapped. Officers managed to reach the child using a ladder just in time. Police officers ran back inside the building to warn the other residents who live in the building in Joliet, Illinois. Everyone made it out alive.
